春季休業期間中（2/9～4/5）の附属図書館利用について

春季休業期間（2/9～4/5）の附属図書館サービスは次の通りとする予定です。なお、神戸大学の活動制限指針が見直された場合は変更することがあります。
来館にあたっては下記の感染症対策を遵守してください。

利用対象者

神戸大学に在籍する教職員および学生。
学外の方（卒業生含む）はご利用いただけません。貸出中の資料の返却期限について

学生の入館方法

学生証をご持参ください。特段の手続きはありません。

開館日時

月〜金9:00〜17:00（祝日を除く）詳しくは各館のカレンダーをご覧ください
社会科学系図書館は月〜金9：00-17:00、土10:00-19:00（3/13（土）は停電のため休館予定）

利用上の注意

• 教育用端末、グループ学習室、AVブースの利用はできません。（社会科学系図書館のリフレッシュルーム、医学分館のリフレッシュコーナーも利用不可です）
• お問い合わせ、申し込み等は可能な限りメールやウェブサービス（予約・デリバリー、その他アカウントサービス）をお使いください。

資料の返却期限

学内の方：貸出時の指定通りとします。「アカウントサービス」から貸出期間の延長が可能です。「春季休業貸出のお知らせ」もご参照ください。
学外の方（卒業生を含む）：貸出中の資料の返却期限は、利用再開まで延長いたしますが、ご返却をお願いする場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

なお郵送（元払い）による資料返却を受け付けます。

来館できない利用者・遠隔授業への対応

• 郵送による資料貸出を行います。
• チャットでの質問（利用案内/参考調査）受付を行います。

感染症対策

以下の感染症対策にご理解、ご協力をお願いいたします。

• 館内では必ずマスクを着用してください。
• 入館時には必ず手を洗うか手指のアルコール消毒をしてください。
• 館内は私語禁止とします。
• 滞在時間は2時間までとします。（医学分館を除く）
• 密閉空間、密集場所、密接場面を回避するため、入館人数を制限する場合があります。
• 滞在時間を減らすため、必要な資料は事前に検索を行ってください。
• 図書館内は定期的に換気のため窓を開けます。
• 微熱でも発熱している方、咳が出る方、倦怠感（だるさ）を感じる方は利用をご遠慮ください。
• 他の方とは一定（2m程度）の距離を保つようにしてください。

Library Services during the spring vacation (Feb. 9–Apr. 5)

Library services during the spring vacation (February 9–April 5) will be as follows:
If the level of Kobe University’s Activity Restriction Measures is altered, they may be changed.
Please obey Infection control measures when visiting a library.

Eligibility

• Kobe University Members
  （Faculty, staff, graduate students and undergraduate students）
• Visitors (including graduates) cannot use libraries. ⇒About due date

How to enter the library for students

Please use your student card or library card. There is no special procedure.

Dates and times

Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. (excluding holidays)
Please see the calendar of each library for details.

Library for Social Sciences
Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. (excluding holidays)
Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00. (excluding holidays) *March 13: Closed

Notice for use

• Student PCs (iMac)[JPN], Group Study Rooms and AV Booths cannot be used. (Break room in the Library for Social Sciences and refresh corner in the Library for Medical Sciences cannot be used.)

Due date

• Kobe University Members: It will be specified at the time of lending.
  Members can renew online ⇒ Library Account services
  Please also refer to Information of Extended Loan Period During the Spring Vacation.
• Visitors (including graduates): Although the loan period for books being borrowed extends until the libraries are reopened, we may ask you to return them.

If you wish to return the books using the postal service, please send them back with prepaid shipping.

Support for users who cannot come to the library and Remote Learning

• Borrowing books by Postal service
• We began a trial of the Virtual Reference Service

Infection control measures

• Please disinfect your hands with hand sanitizer or wash your hands when entering the library
• Wear a mask inside the library
• Refrain from talking inside
• Please spend less than 2 hours in the library (excluding Library for Medical Sciences)
• In order to prevent crowding and close contact in enclosed spaces, there may be restrictions on the number of people allowed to enter the library
• Please search in advance for the materials you need in order to shorten your time in the library
• Windows are opened regularly for ventilation
• Please refrain from using the library if you have a fever, slight fever, cough or feel sluggish
• Maintain a reasonable distance (approx. 2m) away from other people

Maximum number of visitors and number of seats available at the same time
