自然科学系図書館ではこれまで、図書館内での学習中の休憩という意味合いから、４Fホワイエでの軽食を許可してまいりましたが、休憩としての軽食の範囲を超える飲食が多く見受けられ、施設と資料の汚損、においへの苦情、害虫の発生などの問題が報告されています。
これらを防ぎ、すべての利用者が快適に学習できる環境を守るため、
本日(2/12)より館内飲食ルールを以下の通りに変更いたします。
飲食ルール
館内での食事はすべて禁止
ねじ式蓋付容器（ペットボトル、スクリュー缶、水筒など）の飲料のみ利用可能
4階設置自動販売機で購入したカップドリンクは4階の許可エリア（ホワイエ・イノベーションスタジオ）でのみ利用可能
カップドリンクの館外からの持ち込みは禁止
資料・施設保全と快適な学習環境維持のため、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
Until now, the Library for Science and Technology has permitted light snacks in the 4th-floor foyer as a way for students to take a short break from studying.
However, we have increasingly observed eating and drinking that go beyond the scope of light snacks. As a result, issues such as damage to facilities and materials, complaints about odors, and the occurrence of pests have been reported.
To prevent these problems and to maintain a comfortable study environment for all users, the in-library eating and drinking rules will be changed as follows, effective today (February 12).
Eating and Drinking Rules
All eating inside the library is prohibited.
Only beverages in containers with screw-type lids (such as PET bottles, screw cans, and water bottles) are allowed.
Cup drinks purchased from the vending machines on the 4th floor may only be consumed in the designated areas on the 4th floor (the foyer and the Innovation Studio).
Bringing cup drinks from outside the library is prohibited.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preserving library materials and facilities and maintaining a pleasant study environment.
