It’s a 7 minutes’ walk southwest from the Fukae station (Hanshin Railway).
From JR “Settsu-Motoyama” station, take Kobe City Bus 43 and get off at “Sindai-Kaijikagakubu-Mae”.

Wheelchair users may visit the library by car. Please use the visitor parking lot in front of the library.
Please enter the library via the ramp and notify our staff via the interphone at the back of the lobby on the first floor.
