神戸大学は、エルゼビアとの論文のオープンアクセス（OA）出版の促進を目的としたパイロット提案に合意し、電子ジャーナル購読料とOA出版料（APC）の包括契約を締結しました。
この契約により、本学所属の責任著者はエルゼビア発行のハイブリッドOA誌（著者が希望した論文のみOAとなる雑誌）・フルゴールドOA誌（すべての論文がOAとなる雑誌）のほとんどで 、通常のAPC支払よりも少額でOA出版することが可能になります。

Kobe University has participated a pilot proposal with Elsevier for advancing Open Access(OA) publishing and entered into the agreement that covers e-journal subscription and Article Processing Charge(“APC”).
This agreement enables corresponding authors affiliated with Kobe University to publish OA papers at lower cost in Elsevier’s hybrid OA journals (that give you the option to publish OA) and full gold OA journals (that publishes only gold OA).
