冬季休業期間、またNACSIS-CAT/ILL（大学図書館等目録所在情報サービス）のシステム更新のため、以下の通りサービスの遅延が生じます。ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
資産扱図書引渡し遅延
NACSIS-CAT/ILL（大学図書館等目録所在情報サービス）のシステム更新（2023年1月10日～1月31日）のため、2023年1月に納品される図書（資産）の一部につき、引渡が遅れる可能性があります。消耗品には影響はありません。また検品・検収作業につきましても通常通り納品時に行いますので影響はありません。
引渡が遅れている図書につきましては、個別にお渡しすることは可能です。お急ぎの場合は購入依頼された図書館にご相談ください。アマゾン・ビジネス、法人カード等で直接購入された図書も同様です。図書（資産）でお急ぎの場合は図書館にお持ちになる際にその旨、お申し出ください。
2月以降は通常通りの対応を予定しております。
ILL（複写/貸借）の処理遅延
2022年12月28日（水）～2023年1月4日（水）
この期間中もWEBからのお申し込みはできますが、冬季休業期間のため、図書館での処理ができません。
また、上記期間の前後は他機関の休業等の影響により、全体的に複写物・貸借図書の到着が遅くなる可能性があります。
2023年1月14日（土）～2023年1月30日（月） （予定）
NACSIS-CAT/ILL（大学図書館等目録所在情報サービス）のシステム更新のため、ILL（複写/貸借）を停止いたします。
この期間中もWEBからのお申し込みはできますが、図書館での処理は2月以降になる見込みです。可能であればお早めにお申し込みください。

ILL（複写/貸借）については、学生向けにも周知しております。指導学生に対しても、早期の申請をご指導いただきますようお願いいたします。

Delay in Handling of Preparing Laboratory Books
Due to the NACSIS-CAT system update (January 10th to January 31st), the preparation of books that arrived in January will be delayed. If you want to use the book immediately, please contact us. Books that arrived in February will be delivered as usual. Since NACSIS-CAT is a system of library catalogs, non-cataloged consumable books will not be delayed.
Delay in Handling of Interlibrary Loan or Photocopy Request
From December 28, 2022 to January 4, 2023
ILL transactions at the libraries will be stopped from 28th Dec. to 4th Jan. due to our Winter holidays, so arrival of the materials requested this period will be delayed than usual.
From January 14, 2023 to January 30, 2023 (scheduled)
ILL transactions at the libraries will be stopped from 14th Jan. to 30th Jan. due to the system update of NACSIS-ILL.
You can request interlibrary loan materials or photocopies of journal articles, but we will handle your request after Febrary.
