Materials displayed as \u201cGeneral & Intercult Lib : Laboratory\u201d “General & Intercult Lib : Laboratory Serials” on OPAC are located in laboratories. These are books which professors purchased for their own research using their own research funds, so as a rule others cannot use them.<\/p>\n

For members of Kobe University<\/strong>: we can ask the professor whether he\/she is willing to loan the book. Apply at the information desk or application form<\/a>. Please set the deadline at least 4 days apart from the application date (excluding weekends and holidays).<\/p>\n

However, even after applying you may not be able to borrow the professor\u2019s books, and you may have to wait for a long time until the professor replies.
\nWe do not inquire about books that were purchased less than 1 year ago, or multiple applications for the same book.<\/p>\n
