It contains official documents from Nanjing Provisional Government(\u5357\u4eac\u81e8\u6642\u653f\u5e9c), letters from Sun Yat-sen(\u5b6b\u9038\u4ed9\u3001\u5b6b\u6587), Huang Xing(\u9ec4\u8208), Chen Jimei(\u9673\u5176\u7f8e), Joint Association of Overseas Chinese(\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u83ef\u50d1\u806f\u5408\u6703)(Shanghai) and Fuzhou Business Assembly(\u798f\u5dde\u5546\u52d9\u7e3d\u6703). And it is also included drafts of thesis about current affairs that Wang Jingxiang might write. These articles are precious data which show thought and actual movement of overseas Chinese in Japan who had supported the Chinese revolution around when Republic of China was established.<\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"red\">&#8220;The Document about Wang Jingxiang&#8221; belongs to Hyogo Prefectural Museum of History in Himeji City now.<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/media\/sites\/6\/okeisho.gif\" alt=\"Welcome lunch for Sun Yat-sen at Villa Shokai which belonged to Wu Jintang at Maiko in Kobe(March 14,1913) (diverted to p.18 in [Overview of Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Museum(Ijokaku)])\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"caution\">(Mainly refer to &#8220;The Document about Wang Jingxiang&#8221; written by Matsumoto Takehiko, in [Overseas Chinese Dictionary(\u83ef\u50d1\u30fb\u83ef\u4eba\u4e8b\u5178)] edited by Kani Hiroaki, Shiba Yoshinobu and You Zhongxun (June 2002) Kobundo(\u5f18\u6587\u5802) p.66)<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"wangjingxiang\">Who&#8217;s Wang Jingxiang?<\/h3>\n<p>Wang Jingxiang came from Shanhou Village(\u5c71\u540e\u90f7) of Jinmen Island(\u91d1\u9580\u5cf6) in Fujian(\u798f\u5efa). He was born in January of 1872. In 1888, he moved to Osaka(\u5927\u962a), then migrated to Kobe(\u795e\u6238) in 1892 or 93. In June of 1922, he passed away at his home in Kobe caused by liver cancer, age of 50 at death.<\/p>\n<p>Wang Jingxiang had run &#8220;Fuxing Chop(\u5fa9\u8208\u865f)&#8221;, a trading company which belonged to his adopted father, Wang Mingyu(\u738b\u660e\u7389), from the end of Meiji(\u660e\u6cbb) to Taisho(\u5927\u6b63) era. Meanwhile he had been a comprador (or an exchange dealer) of the Kobe branch of Yokohama Syoukin Bank(\u6a2a\u6ff1\u6b63\u91d1\u9280\u884c). He was also in charge of a president of Kobe-Osaka Chinese Association(\u795e\u962a\u4e2d\u83ef\u6703\u9928), a vise president of Kobe Chinese Tongwen School(\u795e\u6238\u83ef\u50d1\u540c\u6587\u5b78\u6821)(Kobe Chinese School now) and a president of Kobe Bamin-gongsuo(\u516b\u95a9\u516c\u6240)(Fujian Center now). Wang Jingxiang was one of the leading overseas Chinese in Kobe.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/media\/sites\/6\/matchbox.gif\" alt=\"image of matchbox\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, in 1911, soon before the 1911 Revolution(\u8f9b\u4ea5\u9769\u547d) occurred, Wang Jingxiang organized United Alliance of Republic of China of Overseas Chinese for Business(\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u50d1\u5546\u7d71\u4e00\u806f\u5408\u6703), they supported the Chinese revolutionaries including Sun Yat-sen. After the founding of Republic of China, he became a vise president of the Kobe branch of Kuomintang(forming in August 1912) then a president of the Kobe-Osaka branch of Chinese Revolutionary Party(forming in July 1914), but he persisted in supporting the Chinese revolutionary movement of Sun Yat-sen.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/media\/sites\/6\/jinmen.gif\" alt=\"image of jinmen\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He also developed his birthplace, Shanhou Village in Jinmen Island, then over two generations of both Wang Mingyu and Jingxiang, they built 16 residences and a mausoleum of the Wang family, and &#8220;Haizhutang(\u6d77\u73e0\u5802)&#8221;, private school(changed the name to &#8220;Haizhu School(\u6d77\u73e0\u5b78\u6821)&#8221; after Rep. China).
